Well we made it to Cancun and were eventually picked up at the airport by the hotel shuttle. When we arrived at the hotel John and Lorna were there to greet us. We checked in, had a shower and met Lorna and John for a drink and something to eat in the restaurant downstairs.
We had fun catching up as it was January 2011 last time we saw them in person. We retired to our room and had a good night sleep before a lovely breakfast of cereal, fruit , yoghurt, cheese, toast and coffee. Just hung around in our room till 11am using the free wi-fi until time to head back to the aeropeurto for the flight to Havana.
